After a treatment plan is put together, we’ll provide you with the full breakdown of all applicable costs before your treatment begins. We will thoroughly explain your options and work hard to accommodate your needs. We accept the following payment methods:

• Care Credit (0% financing for any charge $200 or more. For less than $200, standard terms apply).

Charges and estimated insurance payments are due at the time of treatment.

We also understand that COVID-19 and the current economic standing has significantly affected the lives of many families. The team at Dental Care South is doing everything they can to work with the given circumstances at this time and help families get the dental care that they need. Care Credit is a great example of this! Our office is currently accepting 6-month & 12-month interest free financing options. Dental Insurance Information

We participate with many insurance plans and will submit the charges to your insurance carrier for you. If your insurance covers dental treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.

It typically takes three to six weeks for insurance benefits to be paid. If your insurance company has not paid after 60 days, we will ask you to pay the balance out of your account. We will continue to contact your insurance company to seek settlement for a reasonable period of time. If your insurance company delays paying your benefits, you may need to contact the company to expedite payment.
